Start a meditation timer by tapping "Start Meditation". During your session, tap the microphone button to record a voice note. Your timer continues running while you speak.
All voice notes are stored locally on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud. Your recordings remain completely private.
Go to iPhone Settings → Meditation Voice → Microphone and toggle it on. The app will also prompt you the first time you try to record.
From the timer setup screen, tap "View Recordings" to see all your voice notes organized by date. Tap any recording to play it back.
After recording, tap the "Remove Silence" button on any voice note. This automatically removes long pauses and dead air.
Yes, in the Recordings screen, swipe left on any recording and tap "Delete". You'll be asked to confirm.
Yes. Meditation Voice works completely offline. All features are available without an internet connection.
The timer can be set from 5 minutes up to 2 hours. Swipe the timer wheel to select your desired duration.
No. The timer continues running in the background while you record. Simply tap the microphone, speak your insight, and tap again to stop. Your meditation session is never interrupted.
